Studies using transporter testing models are essential for understanding the uptake and efflux of candidate compounds in specific tissues. Our research generates transporter models that cover both ABC and SLC superfamilies members, which can be utilized to discover substrates for transporters and detect potential DDIs by inhibitory effects to transporters.
